1. Core Methodology

The TM Technique: Simple mental repetition of a “mantra” or word. Movement claims suggest a secret formula based on age/sex, but research suggests a standardized distribution.

The TM-Sidhi Program: A set of sutras (words/phrases) repeated every 15 seconds following a 20-minute TM session.

4. TM-Sidhi Sutras (The Grid Logic)

The following sutras are mentally repeated twice with a 15-second pause:

  • Friendliness / Compassion / Happiness
  • Strength of an elephant
  • Bronchial tube / Inner light
  • Sun / Moon / Polestar
  • Navel / Distinction between intellect and transcendence

Yogic Flying (Levitation)

Sutra: “Relationship of body and akasha — lightness of cotton fiber.” Protocol: Repeat every 15 seconds for 5-30 minutes, followed by 10-30 minutes of rest and 5 minutes of Rig Veda readings.

5. Alchemical Analysis (Notes for 04_DARKROOM)

  • Pattern Recognition: The shift in mantras over the decades (e.g., ENG vs ING) suggests a cultural or phonetic drift rather than a “secret” lineage.
  • Geographic Correlation: Are these “Yogic Flying” sites correlated with high-strangeness grid nodes?.
  • Transurfing Context: How does the “Sutra” repetition compare to the “Target Slide” or “Visualisation” protocols in Zeland’s work?.
